Refunds, Returns & Damage Protection

Each Lila & Finch piece is made to order, so we do not offer refunds or returns based on preference.

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact our support team with a description of the issue and photo evidence so we can make it right.

Damage Protection

If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout and your artwork arrives damaged, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

If Shipping Protection is not selected, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for damaged items.
